    If you accept our quote then a contract is drawn up & is to be signed by both the photographer & the couple. A flat charge of £200 deposit will also be required at this time.

    Once the deposit is received & the contract signed then your date will be locked in!

    Your own password protected, private customer area will be created. There you can access your documents, keep track of payments & view your messages.

  • Following your wedding day, we return to the studio where each image is meticulously reviewed to select only the finest moments. Every chosen photograph is then artistically refined, ensuring exceptional quality. For each hour spend capturing your day equates to 4+ hours in post-production. A full wedding day during our busy season (May-September) will take us around 4 weeks prior your wedding to deliver your images.

    We do have an option to skip the queue & receive your images 7 days after your wedding day. Please ask about this option when booking.

  • If you need to cancel your wedding for any reason then please let us know at your nearest convenience.

    Wedding cancellations incur a loss of deposit but you’ll have a full refund of your balance (if paid).

  • On the extremely rare occasion where your photographer is too unwell to attend & shoot your day, a replacement photographer will be sent. We will always ensure your day is captured.

  • We completely understand this & know just how awkward it can feel being in front of a camera all day.

    During your consultation discussions we will work out what is best for you so you remain comfortable & can focus on just enjoying your wedding day.

  • No, there is no requirement to supply your photographer food.

  • Absolutely, we are fully insured & can provide certification if your venue requests us to do so.
