ARE YOU INSURED Yes we are fully insured, Insurance documentation is available on request DO YOU SHOOT GROUPS Yes group photographs are always included at your request CAN I BOOK YOU FOR LONGER ON THE DAY Yes if you feel you require further coverage on the day then extra hours are charged at a predetermined rate WHAT IF YOU CANT MAKE IT ON THE DAY We have an extensive pool of photographers to cover any needed replacements on the day, all post production will be carried out in house at our studio WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR EQUIPMENT BREAKS We always carry back up cameras and supporting equipment to all weddings HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR OUR IMAGES Please allow 4-6 weeks after the event for final image delivery HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE We don’t have a predetermined image count for each wedding, generally we deliver between 500-700 images for a full days coverage I DON’T LIKE BEING IN FRONT OF A CAMERA Our aim is to ensure you are always comfortable during your wedding day, we will never force or stage any images that you would put you in an uncomfortable position DO YOU TRAVEL Yes we are available to travel anywhere for you wedding, Travel is charged at cost rate DO WE HAVE TO FEED YOU No we do not require food on the day WHAT IF IT RAINS We always encourage our couples to embrace the day in all weather conditions, rain will not effect our coverage WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY WEDDING If your wedding is canceled indefinitely then it will result in a full loss of your deposit, if it is canceled within a 4 week window of the event and/or on the day then a 50% refund will be given of the full balance paid.
